Wheels and food intertwining is not an entirely new concept. Walking along a big city street, who doesn’t love the symphony of aromas emanating from hot pretzel and chestnut carts, hot dog street vendors, shish kabob hawkers and the like? While driving on a highway, it’s not so out of the ordinary to spy a hot dog truck nestled alongside the road to feed hungry travelers.
